• TWO NURSERY STUD FOALS LEXINGTON. Ky., April 1.1— Two more foals have arrived at the Nursery Stud. One, a very fine bay colt by Fair Play, is from Meddlesome II., by Meddler — Heartache, by Adie, the mare going to Stefan the Great. For years the late Major August Belmont desired to get a Fair Play colt from this mare, but her only produce were fillies. Mr. Joseph E. Widener, the present owner, is indeed lucky to have drawn what would have meant so much to Major Belmont. Oval, a mare by Fair Play — Olympia, by Rock Sand, has a chestnut colt by Hour-It ss, and will go to St. James.
