The Supreme Court has sustained the decision of Judge Poorman holding racing legal in Montana as conducted at the state fair last fall under the eo-ojierative system employed in Florida. A new mile track will be built in Putte and according to Ceo. S. Klotz, who will be secretary and manager, a meeting is being planned for July and August.
