T RULINGS AT AURORA ] AURORA. 111.. April 28.— Some rulings were handed down by the stewards at Exposition Park this afternoon, including the following : Jockey V. Peterson is temporarily suspended pending further investigation of his riding during the second and fourth races Thursday. According to claims laid down by other riders, this lad is inclined to ride somewhat roughly and it is claimed that he was greatly to blame for the fall which upset Roi Confidence in the fourth race and might have caused serious injury to jockey Hebert or others of the boys in the race. Trainer T. M. Doyle of the Joliet Stable failed to put in an appearance in the paddock to saddle Captain Donan for the fifth race for which he was fined 0 by the stewards. In the sixth race Doyle again failed to appear to saddle Citizen owing to stubborness over a slight difference with one of the police stationed in the paddock and for his offense this time Doyle was fined 5.
