PATSY FREEMAN RETURNING Old Time jockey on Way Home From France — Report on Lige Brewsters Health. LEXINGTON. Ky., April 28— Patsy Freemans brother Charlie today stated that this old time American jockey, who has been in France for more than a quarter of a century, is on his way back to this country and will locate at Louisville. Lige Brewster, according to a report this morning from Mrs. Brewster, was able to leave the hospital three weeks ago and was sitting up. But for the past thre days he has been bedridden in his room on Barr street. John E. Madden has returned to Hamburg Place after seeing his horses unloaded from the cars at Belmont Park last Monday. They shipped well from Churchill Downs. Houghton Brownleigh. of Texas, is here for a visit to the breeding establishments and to see some of the racing. He is the owner of the stallion Escoba, which now is at his place in the Lone Star State. O. A. Bianchi reports two new foals by Baffling at Libyan Stcck Farm near Lexington. One is a chestnut colt from imported Fllyaway, by King William III., and the other is a chestnut filly from Miss Merle, by Jim Gaffney. The colt is forty-one and one-half inches tall, an unusual heighth for a two-day-old foal. Messrs Dale and Dalziel today reported the arrival at Crystal Springs Farm of two foals by the dead sire, imported Sobieski. One is a brown colt from Wings, by Thrush, which is declared to be a grand individual, and the other is a black filly from Hub and Pud, by Dick Finnell.
