[ LEXINGTON TURF N0TES~j Sheriff E. H. Fuller, of Fayette County today ordered tht horses General Haldeman and Padona, whose ownership is being disputed in a suit filed by Messrs. Payne and West, who maintain the Kenton Farm Stable, turned over to trainer James Stevens. The change in stables was brought about by the posting of a 0,000 bond by Messrs. Payne and West. Yesterday the horses were returned to the stable of the late William Perkins, negro trainer, after having been ordered into the charge of C. Houbre, a week ago. No date for hearing of the case has been set. Trainer A. E. Steele, who had considered sending 10. J. Hollands Krick to Pimlico to participate in the coming renewal of the Pimlico Oaks, today decided to keep the filly in Kentucky for the present.
