TELEGRAM GOES ASTRAY HAVRE DE GRACE. Md.. May 2.-Ed-ward Seagram, who is here taking in a few days of the mid-spring racing, was much disappointed on the failure of a telegram sent to W. 11. Brtaftot to reach its destination. When Mr. Seagram heard of the death of jockey Bourassa he immediately wired his trainer to scratch all horses and not to run any until after the funeral of the late rider. Through some mixup the wire was delivered to the wrong party and was not received by Bringle.e until the following day. —
