COMMITTEE FROM OTTAWA BALTIMORE. Md.. May 2.— Mortimer Ma. honey received a wire from Ottawa, Ont., that the Hon. Sen. N. A. Bellcourt, Major Ross and secretary Thomas A. Gorman would be at Pimlico Friday and Saturday to consult with the horsemen who contemplate racing at the Connaught Park Jockey Club meeting this spring. The Connaught Park Jockey Club, always anxious to make the Visit of the horsemen to Ottawa a pleasant one, has arranged for them to be their guests at several social functions, which will be given during the seven days of racing.
