W. GARNER AN ARRIVAL ARLINGTON HEIGHTS. 111., June 8.— Jockey W. Garner came in from Latonia to ride Misstep in the Derby. His ten-day suspension in Kentucky will not terminate until Tuesday, but his contract to ride Misstep was filed before his suspension was incurred.
