RESTORED TO GOOD STANDING ST. LOUIS, Mo., June 8.— Jockey A. Anderson, whose license was withdrawn at the Fair Grounds for attempting to grab a bridle, has been restored to all privileges of the turf. The boy, having accepted his suspension as merited and not having attempted any pressure, political or otherwise, the stewards believe he has been sufficiently punished— Joseph A. Murphy, John T.
