TO BUILD LOADING PLATFORM ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, III., June 8.— The American National Jockey Club was notified that the Interstate Commerce Commission at Washington, D. C., had granted permission to the Chicago and North Western Railroad for the construction of an unloading platform near the stables, and work will be started immediately. Heretofore horses have been loaded and unloaded at Arlington Heights.
