JAMAICA TURF NOTES ! — « NEW7 YORK, N. Y., May 16. James Fitzsimmons stated today that several numbers of his stable were coughing. A notice was posted in the secretarys office at Belmont Park that the main track would be closed to working at 10 A. M. each day, and that the Widener course would be opened for exercise at 10:15 A. M. C J. Casey recently returned from a trip to California, where he inspected J. H. Rossi-ters breeding farm. He stopped over at Paris, Ky„ to inspect the young stallion, Manister Toi, which he raced. The stud is in good condition and there is a demand for his 6ervices. The horses of J. E. Widener will be raced In his name and colors during the Belmont Park meeting.
