Md., May 16.— At a recent meeting of the Maryland Horsebreeders Association, it was resolved that the Maryland Racing Commission be requested to instruct the various assocations with one mile tracks to provide at least one elimination race each week. The conditions are that the winner be forfeited by the owner to be placed with the association and sold by them or disposed of in other manners, but barred from further racing. » A
