CHANGE FALL RACING DATES Owners of Independent Tracks in Canada Rearrange Schedule to Avoid Clash. MONTREAL, Que., May 16.— On the eve of the opening of the local racing season at Kings Park track on Saturday, the owners of independent tracks in these parts got together and in view of information that has reached them in regard to date arrangements for the second series of the Canadian Racing Associations, and with the idea of not clashing with the courses under the jurisdiction of that body, all the dates for the independent second series have been changed. Instead of the late meetings arranged for Mount Royal and Kings Park, their second meetings have been put back and will take place in the early part of August and the latter part of July. Delorimier on the other hand will race later than usual. The dates announced, after revision by the delegates at the meeting today, are as follows : Mount Royal second meeting, July 24 to July 31. Kings Park, August 1 to August 8. Delorimier, September 7 to September 14. The lirst series dates remain the same, and the local season begins at Kings Park this coming Saturday, May 18. •
