Letherman, public officials of Hot Springs, Ark., Mere among the early arriving Derby visitors from that section. The stewards licensed Wm. Knapp as a trainer and authorized the following as agents : J. T. Taylor for Mrs. E. L. Swikard ; H. Bensinger for Mrs. Ada L. Bensinger, and Carter H. Hayes for Dan Jackson.
