MRS. J. D. HERTZ BUYS TWO SPECIAL CABLEGRAM. LONDON, England, May 20. — Mrs. John D. Hertz, of Chicago, owner of the American champion Reigh Count, in this country preparing for the Ascot Gold Cup, has purchased two horses, Gipsy King and Impropriety. Gipsy King is a five-year-old and won the Newmarket Handicap last year in addition to the Triennial Produce Stakes. Mrs. Hertz paid ,000 for Gipsy King and ,250 for Impropriety.
