ST. JOHNS IMPROVEMENTS NEW YORK, N. Y., April 10. George Reed, who acted as placing judge and track superintendent at St. Johns Park, was a visitor at Belmont Park today. Reed stated that many improvements Avould be undertaken at the track this summer. He has made arrangements to breed his mare Pavia to Cohort this season.
