NO CONNECTION WITH DERBY "SWEEPSTAKES" $ a LOUISVILLE, Ky., April 10. The Churchill Downs management has issued the following statement : "Many inquiries have reached this office seeking information about Sweeps on the Kentucky Derby. This is to notify the public that neither the Churchill Downs Corporation nor any of its officers or employes has any connection whatsoever with these alleged sweeps. People investing in them do so at their own risk."
