Norvcll, who has been serving as racing secretary and placing judge, will depart for Columbus, Ohio, Saturday night, and for the remaining days of the meeting S. Rothcrt will be racing secretary. James F. Gallagher, presiding steward on the inter-mountain circuit during the summer, has been appointed placing Judge.
