$ : $ ANOTHER CHICAGO TRACK Another new race track may be built in Chicago. The. site of the proposed new course is at Crawford Avenue and Ninety-fifth Street, on which site the Chicago Business Mens Racing Association holds an option. This ground was secured several years ago for the purpose of building a modern racing plant when for a time the fate of Hawthorne hung in the balance. According to the latest rumors, the proposed new course will take the place of Aurora, with E. J. Baker and Cliff Trimble of the Exposition Park Jockey Club as president and general manager, respectively. Plans do not call for the new ti-ack to be ready before the fall of 1931 or spring of 1932. It is said that stockholders in all the Chicago tracks will be invited to become stockholders in the new enterprise. $ $
