, J L . I RECOVERS FROM INJURY NEW YORK, N. Y., April 23. Trainer Joe Bauer said today that he had hopes of starting T. M. Cassidys three-year-old Crack Brigade in the Wood Memorial on Saturday. The injury suffered by Crack Brigade when kicked by Polydor at the post in the Paumonok, was on the outside of the leg below the knee. The filling, which developed, left the leg and, barring a relapse, he will be all right.
