BROWNS ESTATE 650000 LOS ANGELES Calif May 20 H D Curly Brown widely known as a race track owner and breeder left an estate qf about 650000 as indicated in the will which was filed for probate in Superior Court The principal heirs are an adopted son Harry D Brown Jr a brother Richard M Brown two sisters and two grandsons One sister Mrs Jane Elizabeth Harris was left 5000 another Rachel W Lane was provided for by a trust fund of 50000 and in like manner the brother Richard M Brown was provided for The grandsons were left a trust fund of 100000 The adopted son was left half of the residue
