BAINBRIDGE PARK ARRIVALS John Pons Reaches Cleveland Course With His String — Big Juvenile Colony Probable. CLEVELAND, O., May 4.— Johnny Pons reached Bainbridge Park today with Night Tears, Nevermore, Zeta, Unstained, Capt. J. S., Scotland Miss and three others, the property of himself, Knebelkamp and Morris and C. De La Paz. Later he will have Joan K., Shasta Prune and others, which he will race in Ohio. Spanish Play, winner of the Louisiana Derby, will be snipped to Bainbridge near the close of the Churchill Downs meeting, and is a probable starter in the Ohio State Derby, to be run May 23. Following the Bainbridge custom, every Monday and Friday will be ladies day, according to announcement made today by by T. J. McGinty, general manager. Stalls have been reserved for 780 horses at the Bainbridge track, and the overflow for the May 16-June 27 meeting have already been assigned stalls at the Thistle Down track. Stalls have been requested for nearly 100 two-year-olds for the spring meeting, a much larger number than ever raced here before. »
