""CHURCHILL DOWNS NOTES 4 . $ LOUISVILLE, Ky., May 4. Col. E. R. Bradley left by motor for his Idle Hour Farm shortly after witnessing the efforts of his Derby colts. He was accompanied by Charles H. Hughes, who arrived here Saturday from Maryland, and trainer H. J. Thompson, who will ship the main division of the Bradley stable from Idle Hour to Belmont Park Tuesday. T. L. Pierce arrived from Lexington with a division of his public stable. He unloaded the Valley Lake Stables Gay Way and Beauty Bride; Thomas Piatts Upset Ann and Elizabeth W.; Gorham Bros. Laila Wild and Joann Gorham; E. C. Kirtleys Chatter Cat and H. N. Davis Mannerism. He left six others at the Lexington track. A. A. Baroni, who came in from Tanforan last Friday, took over the veteran Hy Schneider, which Frank Swain reacquired for the Reno turfman at New Orleans. In addition to Hy Schneider, Baroni has the two-year-olds Prince Volta and Princess Volta and the older Upright, Don Alvaro, Wee Drop, Nifty, Calome, Crofton, Zida and Arcadian Flag. Edward Hayward is training, for Mrs. J. D. Morris of Chicago, the juveniles Strath-cona, On Sir and Pearl Grace and the older horses Red Cross Sister, Austerlitz and Knight Commander. They are quartered at Douglas Park and Mrs. Morris will race them under the nom de course of Peconic Stable. The six two-year-olds in the division of the J. B. Respess stable brought here from Latonia by Henry Forrest are Nanice, Busy Bright, Rose Blossom, Bright Moon, Our Fancy and Grand Champion.
