I At a luncheon Saturday in the Washington I Park club house, a resolution to this effect £ was adopted unanimously. I The action taken means that no shipment horses to Illinois race meetings will be approved by the organization unless it is established that the individuals in charge the meeting can fulfill all obligations. , President Al Sabath, presided. Directors present included L. M. Severson, Emil Dene-mark, W. Schmidt, John Greenebaum and Dr. Joseph M. Kaiser, the latter being sec- I retary-treasurer. o Dr. Kaiser was instructed to make an investigation into conditions at Danville. Sixty fc turfmen were stranded there. Many of the r horsemen are there at present. Those affiliated with the Illinois organization will be t accorded relief upon applications to Dr. b Kaiser. I
