PLAN STEEPLECHASE RACES LEXINGTON, Ky., June 25.— President William Woodard of the National Fox Hunters Association, today wired Frank J. Bryan, secretary of the National Steeplechase and Hunt Association, New York, making inquiry concerning requirements under which sanction and recognition can be had for the steeplechasing over a three mile course with regulation jumps at Hamburg Place on November 12, during the week of the annual meeting of the National Fox Hunters Association.
