RENO RACING OFFICIALS RENO, Nev., June 25.— Officials for the twenty-eight or more days of racing opening here July 1 were appointed today by William P. Kyne. These officials have the sanction of the Nevada State Racing Commission, composed of George Wingfield, James McKay and William Moffat. James F. Gallagher will be presiding steward. Peter Clark of San Francisco, M. H. Morrison of El Reno, Okla., and Floyd McKenny of San Francisco, will be associate stewards. M. H. Morrison also will act as racing secretary. Jack Jarvis will be the starter. All "getaways" will be made from the Waggoner-Jarvis gate, of which Jarvis is the inventor. Jarvis is here on the grounds and schooling horses. Lee J. Rose, veteran California judge, will act as paddock and patrol judge. H. S. Bengston wiH be timer.
