REST FOR JAMESTOWN NEW YORK, N. Y., June 25.— After the failure of Jamestown in the Shevlin Stakes, A. J. Joyner, who developed the son of St. James, was naturally greatly disappointed. It means that the colt will not oppose the Greentree Stables Twenty Grand in the Dwyer Stakes. He said the colt would not be started for some time, and an effort will be made to bring him back to himself. The next big engagement for Jamestown, after the Dwyer is the Classic at Arlington Park, to be run July 18, and there may be a doubt of his being made ready for that engagement. « .......
