NEW YORK TRACK NOTES v S Trainer John Hastings sent word from Miami to his Belmont Park friends that the horses he took to Florida for the Brook-meade Stable are in excellent condition and that he expects to earn his share of the purses at the Hialeah Park meeting which starts next week. Trainer Louis Feustel leaves for Miami today to spend his vacation of several weeks. After his return to his home in Queens-village, he will take up the horse. She has been wintering at Belmont. John Loftus, young trainer, who is spending his winter vacation in Miami, notified his assistant, E. Bennett, that he will leave Miami January 12 for Belmont Park.
