BLACK AND BLUE moved into command soon after the start and, kept on the outside all the way, held on well under urging and outlasted MORVION in the closing strides. MORVION, a factor, stumbled on the far turn, came again and finished fast on the inside. BEAU ASPIN moved up steadily when called upon, but tired at the end. ARCADIAN FLAG closed a gap. PALS MEADOWS raced well. DECOROUS began slowly. MA SUN moved up with a rush on the inside in the stretch. RAVINE had no mishaps. NORMA JEAN propped at the start and was away slowly.
