DR. FREELAND TOP WEIGHT AGUA CALIENTE, Mexico, Jan. 7. Weights for the California Handicap, released today by racing secretary Francis , Dunne, reveal Dr. Freeland in the position of honor, with 126 pounds. The California Handicap, one mile and a sixteenth, for a purse of ,,500 added, will be decided next Sunday afterrioon. Reveille Boy and Up are second on the list, with 123 pounds.
