t - MEXICAN PASSPORTS COMPULSORY AGUA CALXENTE, Mexico, Jan. 7 The following notice was posted in the secretarys office today: "Owners, trainers, jockeys, exercise boys, valets, grooms and all connected with the race track in any capacity, must have Mexican passports. Those not having passports are requested to make arrangements to secure such and none will be allowed into Mexico after tomorrow without these. Orders for passports will be issued through this office. Signed, Thomas Gorman, assistant general manager." I" -
