RACING AT AGUA TODAY AGUA CALIENTE, Mexico, Feb. 4. Racing will be resumed at Agua Caliente Friday following a three-day suspension of the sport due to the heavy rainstorm which swept the valley of Tijuana beginning Sunday night, leaving in its wake a track so deep in mud, that the footing was unsafe for the thoroughbreds and would have equally endangered the lives of the jockeys. On the Mexican side of the international boundary line some of the roads were under water at the time of the forced suspension of racing, but through the constant efforts of workmen and ideal weather conditions, the highways have been repaired. The racing strip this morning was still undergoing constant harrowing and dragging and will be in a fast condition on reopening day unless the weather should again change.
