LABOR DAY AT HIALEAH MIAMI, Fla., Feb. 4 Presentation of union cards at designated trucks at the north gate will authorize the issuance of two tickets to each member of organized labor this Friday afternoon, which has been set aside by Joseph E. Widener, chairman of the board of the Miami Jockey Club, as "Labor Day" at Hialeah Park. These cards, bearing signs of the individual union and construction companies, will be located adjacent to the north gate ticket offices, according to arrangements made by Bruce Montgomery and Howard Lawrence, of the accounting departments. Two tickets will be issued to each employe and union member. The state tax will be defrayed by the Miami Jockey Club upon the suggestion of J. E. Widener.
