I HIALEAH PARK TURF NOTES s . Algernon Daingerfield has notified trainers and jockeys wintering here to file their applications for Jockey Club licenses with Al Burlen, clerk of scales at Hialeah Park. Preston Burch, trainer of one of the largest public stables in the East, left Miami Monday to take up the horses which he has quartered at the old Benning track near Washington, D. C. Stable superintendent Al Nun reports that there are 1,019 horses registered for racing at Miami. One thousand of these are quartered at Hialeah Park, forming one of the largest thoroughbred colonies in the history 1 of winter racing.
