PROBE STOP GAP RACE NEW ORLEANS, La., Feb. 9. Fair Grounds stewards were not satisfied with the running of Stop Gap in his race February 4, when he was ridden by jockey J. Bat-tista. Trainer Allen was asked to run the horse back Monday and V. Roussell was selected to take the mount. There will be a further inquiry into the race of February 4.
