FAIR GROUNDS CHARITY DAY NEW ORLEANS, Feb. 9. In co-operation with the New Orleans Welfare Commission, the Louisiana Jockey Club will hold one days racing for the benefit of the unemployed of New Orleans. The charity program will be much the same as last winter, when more than 0,000 was realized and will be given on a Sunday, selection of which will be made within a short time.
