FAIR GROUNDS TURF 1I0TES Jockey V. Roussell was suspended five days by the stewards for rough riding while astride Honeyman in the third race Wednesday. Jockey E. Level, who underwent a minor operation at a local hospital last week, was released from the infirmary today. He hopes to resume riding in about three weeks. The local division of Mrs. Payne Whitneys Greentree Stable will be augmented by four or five horses now among the Green-tree racers at Hialeah Park.
