NEEL DOWN FIVE DAYS NEW ORLEANS, La., Feb. 10. Apprentice J. Neel was suspended for five days for not keeping Sweep Past in her proper position at the post, and also for cutting too sharply to the inside with the same horse shortly after the start in the closing race Monday at the Fair Grounds.
