! HIALEAH -PARK TURF NOTES : and Another western apprentice, Joe Ferguson, will make his local debut on Glenside within a few days. Ferguson rode seventeen winners at the Tanforan meeting and is under contract to S. F. Murphy, who claimed Glenside out of the fourth race Wednesday. Charles A. McCulloch, one of the ruling spirits of the Arlington Park Jockey Club of Chicago, and Warren Wright, of that same city, were arrivals of the day. Both were loud in their praises of Hialeah Park and Mr. McCulloch said that somethin . can be learned by all of the most modern courses from the gorgeous racing ground created by Mr. Widener. Reports from Agua Caliente are that W. T. Andersons colt Cabezo is taking to his work in a manner that confirms the assertion that he will prove a keen factor in the 0,000 Agua Caliente Handicap. The colt will make his first effort at the meeting in the running of the Derby Sunday.
