RUTH M. showed speed from the start, but was under light restraint until reaching the stretch, where She closed gamely and, wearing down DOLLAR PRINCESS, outlasted TULANE LASS. The latter, close up, saved much ground and, coming through between the leaders, closed fast when clear and was wearing down the winner. MUST HURRY, a factor throughout, tired in the final eighth. DOLLAR PRINCESS, taken into the lead, increased her advantage after reaching the turn, but quit badly after reaching the final three-sixteenths. JUXTAPOSITION was under energetic riding throughout. MOTIVE was crowded out of it on the iar turn. The latter moved up slightly on the turn, where he appeared to bear in and saved ground when going resolutely in the drive. NELL KUHLMAN, a factor ithroughout, held on stubbornly. ADRIAN showed speed, but tired after five-eighths. GAY PRINCE raced .well. ADSUM was racing strongly in the final stages. COTTON TIME was racing well up when sharply impeded on the turn. OUR GRIEF, much the best and taken to the lead, was taken under slight restraint after a quarter, came away quickly, when shaken up briskly at the stretch turn and won thereafter. ANDORA, under steadying restraint until reaching the final half mile, moved up slightly under strong pressure in the stretch, but .weakened in the last sixteenth. MISS N. CONLAN raced wide, gained slowly and was going well in the final stages, where her rider had a foot out of the iron. VERITY BALLOT was in tight quarters leaving the back stretch, raced very wide thereafter and Riley fell from the saddle after passing the finish. SYDKA had speed the first three-quarters. LITTLE TOOTS almost fell when forced into the rail at the far turn. PANZOLA had early speed and was involved in the crowding at the far turn. IOerPTO FOURTH RACE 1 MB Miles. REVERBERATE, rated off the pace and under snug restraint until reaching the final quarter, where she was rushed through between the leaders, drew out rapidly and had speed in reserve. WILD CHILD, under a hustling ride, had good speed, bore out badly at the stretch turn and weakened, but outstayed JEANNE WACHS. The latter, taken to the lead and under vigorous riding after a half mile, quit badly and was weakly ridden near the end. DONNA DEAR had no mishap. PRINCESS CRUSADER was outrun.
