CHARITY PROGRAM COMPLETED NEW ORLEANS, La., Feb. 17 The program of seven races for the second annual charity day at Fair Grounds Sunday, March 6, will comprise one race of ,000 value; two at 00, and four at 00. Conditions for the seven events will be announced in about ten days, according to present plans of racing secretary Joseph McLennan. A donation of ,000 from an undisclosed source was announced today by Col. John Sullivan, managing director of the Louisiana Jockey Club. Sale of general admission tickets for the day will get under way within a weeks time and tickets for boxes and other reservations will be available about the same time.
