T HAVANA TRACK NOTES T $ s John Grogan, well known New York commissioner, was among the arrivals today for a lengthy visit. Phil McCann resumed his official duties following a brief illness. John McGraw, accompanied by Mrs. Mc-Graw, left for California via Miami. John L. Obert, who has been here for the past month, departed yesterday for New York. M. "Happy" Buxton left yesterday for Columbia, S. C. He will take up the horses that he and Clarence have stabled there. John Marsch, Chicago sportsman, was among the arrivals here today. He will stay here ten days.
