S ANDES MIAMI VISITORS MIAMI, Fla., Feb. 24. Earl Sande arrived in Miami with his bride, the former Mrs. Clarence Kummer. They spent the afternoon enjoying the sport at Hialeah Park. The former kingpin rider will be one of the guests at the Charity Diamond ball game, that will be played between the Hialeah jockeys and the Volks Girl Club at Royal Palm Stadium Thursday evening.
