i COMPLETE PLANS FOR TRACK ] j LOS ANGELES, Calif., June 7.— Surveyors have completed the work of mapping and j laying out the proposed race track on the . "Lucky" Baldwin estate, near here, it was . learned today. Construction of the grand ; stand and other buildings and grading of the track is scheduled to get under way September 19, according to Joseph M. Smoot, | formerly of the Miami Jockey Club, who is the leading spirit in the Baldwin movement, which is said to be backed by several in- ] fluential citizens of Los Angeles. * •
