■ • SARATOGA MEETING CERTAIN NEW YORK, N. Y., June 7.— George H. Bull, president of the Saratoga Association, spiked a persistent rumor yesterday when he made positive announcement that the association would positively carry through its meeting on the alloted dates. He had been asked by several about the plans of the Saratoga Association and made this positive announcement to set at rest any fears that might exist for the August season of sport.
