PLUCKY PLAY WORKS WELL HOMEWOOD, 111., June 8.— The North-way Stables Plucky Play, for several seasons a king pin among the handicap performers in the West, worked a mile over a good track at Washington Park Wednesday morning in 1:45, the half mile in :49"i and the three-quarters in 1:17.
