t ARLINGTON PARK NOTES I i The new "toe" or walking ring in which all horses raced at Arlington Park will be mounted by their riders has been completed and should prove a most popular feature with patrons. Horses may be inspected by track visitors in this ring for some three minutes after leaving the paddock and then they proceed to the race course. This new and improved ring was designed by R. Car-ruthers, general manager of Arlington Park. Jack Whyte is in charge of the division of the Willis Sharpe Kilmer stable at Arlington Park. The brilliant filly Suntica, winner of the Illinois and Kentucky Oaks, is the older star of the stable. She has several championship engagements at Arlington, where she is likely to encounter Top Flight and Evening, three-year-old turf queens.
