t HAMILTON TURF NOTES e The ruling that went into effect last season at Hamilton regarding the size of the fields for" the five and five and one-half furlongs races, which was placed at ten, will be kept in force for the present session at the Hamilton course. Mrs. R. Pollard secured through private purchase the sprinter, The Point. The price was not divulged. Arrangements are being made by R. Pollard to ship his string to Chicago following the meeting at Hamilton. A. C. Bostwicks Scuttle will also be sent along in the same shipment. Arthur Hullcoat left after the final race Saturday to, take over the A. C. Bostwick performers in New York. Before leaving, he turned eight horses over to R. G. McVean to handle in his absence.
