GOVERNOR MAY IGNORE BILL INDIANAPOLIS, Ind., Aug. 19. It was stated here today that Governor Leslie would neither sign or veto the Kenney pari-mutuel bill, recently passed by the Indiana legislature. Those interested in the measure would not make any comment until certain as to what the governor may do.
