BLUE BONNETS OFFICIALS MONTREAL, Que., Aug. 19 While other officials will be practically unchanged from the June meeting "Nipper" Rowe will be the starter at the forthcoming race meeting at Blue Bonnets, it is announced here. He did excellent work at Dorval and has been, known here for years in that capacity. Marshall Cassidy will be acting at that time as starter for a thoroughbred meeting being staged at Syracuse excepting on the opening day at Blue Bonnets. The officials for the meeting appointed by the Montreal Jockey Club will be: presiding steward and racing secretary, Julius C. Reeder, honorary stewards, Mr. Kenneth T. Dawes, Major R. V. Look and Mr. Hartland MacDougall and Mr. Albert Laberge. 7udges, Messrs. E. C. St. Pere, M. P., W. J. Morrison, and Elmer W. Ferguson. The officials representing the Canadian Racing Association will be D. S. Gillies, presiding steward J. J. Ferrell, clerk of the scales.
